What he thinks he has shown about me that "speaks volumes" about what I am speaks volumes of volumes squared about who he is and what he has delegated himself (lyingly: "I speak for one person only...myself"..with lots of "we"'s thrown in) to speak for..
I am supposed to have been refuted in claiming homosexual agendae, i.e. same-sex marriage, had ever won a popular vote, by referring to Az. prop 107 in 2006. I instinctively knew this couldn't be true w/o skullduggery; denied it; and did some work. Here's what I found, and you would, too, whoever wants to look.
The '06 prop 107 was a vote NOT to continue the BAN on same-sex marriage, in place since 1996. THIS IS NOT the same as voting FOR same sex marriage. A "YES" vote, as it was stated, could easily have been taken by the less competent as a vote FOR homosexuality; a NO vote AGAINST it. Studies have been done on how superficial most consideration is, and verbal cues like that make a lot of difference, ask professional poll takers. So passed (the BAN was defeated) 51-48%, with hefty deepocket$ input. But the same ballot, after people caught on, was reversed 56 - 44 w/ 700,000 more votes, in '08. Proving where the will of the people lies, and how doubled down twisted to instance the case as the opposite. There hasn't really been any popular state regional vote FOR approval, but 27 out of 28 rejections w/ 1 vote nullifying a ban quickly reinstated.
No, I have not been shown wrong, but doubly vindicated: once by the case, then by this exposure of its misuse. And not just here, but through the futile efforts of is entity, everywhere, but keep plugging away, I'll have gone on further down the road. In its own terms, it is "anti-Absolutist", by which is presumably meant rejection of truth and falsehood as properties of proposition. To this, by its lengthy, ever increasingly bizzare performance here, we can now add: irrational, ineducable and venal.
Note: apparently realizing the "May a gay marine marry your only son!" quip -- that's what it was; quit pretending naivete -- took the wind out of its attack sails, Lambkin returns to it here as a personal attack, on HIS CHILD? Wha.. ? He has an only son and I knew it! ?? As if my attitudes toward homosexuality, of which he knows nothing but what is said here,
were personally damaging to HIS children? (?) but homosexual encouragement of Sandusky-Fine-ramblin' NAMBLA men wasn't any threat to straight folks'? They don't think they were doing anything wrong, either, and it requires someone friendly to the homosexual persuasion to explain why that is or is not true -- to everyone -- not a homophobe like me (<-NOT). Otherwise, what are we entitled to assume as an agenda? if not 'grooming' lads for

Terrorism cases are generally handled by federal authorities.

Avenging Hitler?

The psychopathic revulsion expressed by Hitler toward "liberal' -- Bolshivistic/Jewish, in turn-of-century to 1920's Germany <--reversed by time and events for many toward himself --> is the same as that felt by 'conservatives' today toward 'liberals'.

The discussion picks up in a back-to-the-future scenario, playing off the similarity between what Hitler confronted in Germany, circa 1918-24 (when Mein Kampf ends, 3rd Reich begins) and what some like him -- easing up on the Jewishness angle, of course -- need to do for America, today. In writing out this parallel, the problem of dealing with the politics of sign-use, the grammar required for handling what are called "touchy subjects", kept intruding. When Its Me or You
I have recently noticed specific disturbing instances of a particular psychological phenomenon in myself. It is when the way someone is, or is behaving -- they run together in the situation -- arouses negative feeling-impulse reaction, scaling from annoyance to violent rage. The increasing frequency, dangerous character, psychotic potential of this phenomenon has led me to try to comprehend it from the point of view of consciousness. If the following exposition holds, the exerience of this phenomenon is brought under the categories of general psychology. Thus, a fundamental item in the empirical philosohy of mind.
WHEN IT'S ME OR YOU
-Identification and analysis of a self-observed psychobehavioral phenomenon
I. The phenomenon ("Assholes and sons 'a bitches, alzyoos")
a. Behaviors of others -- specific people acting a certai way, at first; then generalized by types and subjective attributes to "tendencies" of special to classes; finally becoming "part of the human condition"
b. (which were) previously overlooked and ignored, if noticed at all,
suddenly, on the spot, become annoying, irritating, continuing unchecked to the point of being taken as intended intolerable insult.
c. to the point of presenting a challenge to ordinary flow of process of personable state of being....consciously understanding, perhaps, it is as much "me" reacting in the situation as "thee", manifesting the irritating behavior; but "it doesn't matter". ("If it comes down to me or you, buster, it's you (usually adding: "because I know I'm right, and don't give me any of that 'moral relativism', 'every issue has two sides' shit.")
*own case examples: girl at the barn walking her horse toward my advancing car, expecting me to yield; man pushing ahead of me in line at MacDonalds, as if daring me to say anything; road rage; TV station interrupting tense US open championship match with local news (WTF); when the team you are 'pulling for' looses. => Egyptian 'Ultra' soccer fans raiding Israeli embassy 9.10.11
These situations are commonly associated with existential stress, individual or collective (<-by virtue of membership in a group; 'it's an insult to us all, as Americans (Catholics, Jews, Muslims, Protestants, etc.)
II. Expression in common discourse (manifested in sign-use, S*)
("Wanna piece'a me, dozya?") --
"(it gets/got) under my skin". "teeth set on edge"
"Up Yours" "WTF"
In less violent terms, "existential stress" may be used to express the phenomenon. "You aren't yourself; the situation has got you down."
III. Analysis in terms of consciousness
A. Psychoanalysis -
1. trauma-regression -- 'something' about the other's behavior or manner triggers regression to an earlier imprinted traumatic situation. In Freud's earlier category of psychic systems, this activates the deep unconscious (Ucs.) vs. the unconscious quasi-accessible to consciousness (Prc.- preconscious)
2. content derived from developmental imprints: unc. fantasies; revival of sibling rivalry conflicts without awareness as such

The agreement between the different systematic ways of describing the same phenomenon confirms objectivity of self-description based on consciousness. This refutes the claim of behaviorism to be exclusively 'scientific'.
There is great value in bringing together the result of self-observation under different vocabularies, without use of the first-person "I" pronoun, with its inherently disputable, relative results. Consciousness can be approached, and its content made accessible to others, without identification with personalities. Thus, although syllogistic reasoning is "Aristotelian", having originated in the great Greek philosopher's work, the argument forms themselves are objectively distinct. That is characeristic of scientia as opposed from gnosis as forms of knowledge. Most objections to admitting consciousness as a category of general psychology derive from its identification with personality, and are countered by relating it to content objectively analyzed through sign use (psychosemiotics).

PART I. Completion of Textualism

A. Nietzsche's "God is Dead" /
over-man thesis (early 1900's German instinctual nativism -- the existential apex of 'atheism': '2nd wave' of "Man is the Measure" Enlightenment (modernism). )
B. Theology and history: "Alltizer's religious proclamation viewed God's death (really a self-extinction) as a process that began at the world's creation and came to an end through Jesus Christ—whose crucifixion in reality poured out God's full spirit into this world."
C. Philosophy
1. Existentialism: Sartre's critique of pre-defining text as false consciousness.
Sartre originated a personally situated approach to what had become more an academic classical pursuit, rather than pursuing systematic world-view, to which earlier philosophy had aspired.
."One is never free of one's "situation," Sartre tells us, though one is always free to deny ("negate") that situation and try to change it. To be human, to be conscious, is to be free to imagine, free to choose, and responsible for one's lot in life.
"As a student, Sartre was fascinated by Edmund Husserl's new philosophical method, phenomenology. His first essays were direct responses to Husserl and applications of the phenomenological method. His essay on The Imagination in 1936 established the groundwork for much of what was to follow: the celebration of our remarkable freedom to imagine the world other than it is and (following Kant) the way that this ability informs all of our experience. In Transcendence of the Ego (1937) he reconsidered Husserl's central idea of a "phenomenological reduction" (the idea of examining the essential structures of consciousness as such) and argued (following Heidegger) that one cannot examine consciousness without at the same time recognizing the reality of actual objects in the world. In other words, there can be no such "reduction." In his novel Nausea (1938), Sartre made this point in a protracted example: his bored and often nauseated narrator confronts a gnarled chestnut tree in the park and recognizes with a visceral shock that its presence is simply given and utterly irreducible. In The Transcendence of the Ego Sartre also reconsiders the notion of the self, which Husserl (and so many earlier philosophers) had identified with consciousness. But the self, Sartre argues, is not "in" consciousness, much less identical to it. The self is out there "in the world, like the self of another." In other words, the self is an ongoing project in the world with other people; it is not simply self-awareness or self-consciousness as such ("I think, therefore I am").
At bottom is a metaphysics of consciousness:
This separation of self and consciousness and the rejection of the self as simply self-consciousness provide the framework for Sartre's greatest philosophical treatise, Being and Nothingness (1943). Its structure is unabashedly Cartesian, consciousness ("being-for-itself") on the one side, the existence of mere things ('being-in-itself") on the other. (The phraseology comes from Hegel). But Sartre does not fall into the Cartesian trap of designating these two types of being as separate "substances." Instead, Sartre describes consciousness as "nothing"--"not a thing" but an activity, "a wind blowing from nowhere toward the world." Sartre often resorts to visceral metaphors when developing this theme (e.g., "a worm coiled in the heart of being"), but much of what he is arguing is familiar to philosophical readers in the more metaphor-free work of Kant, who also warned against the follies ("paralogisms") of understanding consciousness as itself a (possible) object of consciousness rather than as the activity of constituting the objects of consciousness. (As the lens of the camera can never see itself--and in a mirror only sees a reflection of itself--consciousness can never view itself as a consciousness and is only aware of itself--"for itself"--through its experience of objects.
The politics of psychosemiotic freedom can be rooted in this metaphysics. It points to the general distinction between consciousness and thought as distinct brain energies).
2. Logical Positivism: The syntactical critique of discourse stripped the content of everything textual commmunicated by the Bible term "God" of everything except verifiable statements of fact, many of which turn out to be dubious, if not wild confabulations. In the history of mankind's march toward knowledge, and mastery of nature by science, The Bible's God, as content of Hebrew consciousness, may have played an important role, but only as propadeutic approximation, already assigned functional (transcendental), not transcendent, status by Kant.
3. T.J.J. Althizer: "God is Dead" <= a meta-language construct (for: "God" has ceased to communicate anything; whose who continue to use it are passing ancient hallowed wind (<- L.W.'s metaphor for logically unreconstructed harangue was "gassing off").... stated in object-language grammar, that is to say, as if asserting a fact. But the positivist critique of true-false discourse required inferential link to verifiable empirical propositions, which A. J. Ayer had showed "God", as a putative name, lacked (Language Truth and Logic). Yet "god", the generalized token including names from ancient pantheons, was the philosophical capstone, or culmination of many early systems, the most important and conprehensive being Aristotle's, equating Deus with "thought thinking thought" ("nous nousing"; the mind thinking itself). The positivist critique left science intact, but eliminated talk of "God", however pretentious in tone, as metaphysical -- a kind of literal nonsense. While Althizer's conception was more strictly a theological interpretation, it served as a perfect metaphysical metaphor for what positivist philosophy did to the "idea".
4. L.W. Wittgenstein, again, arrived in his later work at the master metaphor of "language game" for discourse in general; each sign* carrying rules for its use with it; each content communicated by strings of signs actualizes a "move" within a posited 'game' set-up.
Note: The metaphor does not import 'a motive' for moves, but sophistication in pursuit of rigorous (so that a computer could do it) rules for deductive argument, spanning millenia as core consistent intellectual thread) argues irreftably for one motive as collectively dominant in that psychosemiotic thread:

There must be a point of inner unity -- "what we are all doing here, together" -- in order for a common bond of what each 'brings to the table', from having won election -- and to re-focus collective attention from campaigning to Legislating. The notion of prayer, as in calling upon a higher power each may or not relate to in their own way, but some are commited to as part of pledge of their inner pledge of service, to guide the process toward good governance, bridges these two layers of public discourse.
Such, in general, is the psychosemiotic function of "swearing in" ceremonies for judges; pledges, as to the flag; vows, as in marriage; promises to pay, as in securing loans; + (here) prayer before conducting (some) official public business, as chaplains opening sessions of Congress. This separation of self and consciousness and the rejection of the self as simply self-consciousness provide the framework for Sartre's greatest philosophical treatise, Being and Nothingness (1943). Its structure is unabashedly Cartesian, consciousness ("being-for-itself") on the one side, the existence of mere things ('being-in-itself") on the other. (The phraseology comes from Hegel). But Sartre does not fall into the Cartesian trap of designating these two types of being as separate "substances." Instead, Sartre describes consciousness as "nothing"--"not a thing" but an activity, "a wind blowing from nowhere toward the world." But the positivist critique of true-false discourse required inferential link to verifiable empirical propositions, which A. J. Ayer had showed "God", as a putative name, lacked (Language Truth and Logic). Yet "god", the generalized token including names from ancient pantheons, was the philosophical capstone, or culmination of many early systems, the most important and conprehensive being Aristotle's, equating Deus with "thought thinking thought" ("nous nousing"; the mind thinking itself). The positivist critique left science intact, but eliminated talk of "God", however pretentious in tone, as metaphysical -- a kind of literal nonsense. While Althizer's conception was more strictly a theological interpretation, it served as a perfect metaphysical metaphor for what positivist philosophy did to the "idea".

The unconscious psychohistorical aim
is eradication of all guilt-revulsion toward sex and sexuality in general. The deepest two layers of the unconscious background are: 1. birth (<-trauma, rebirth, treated elsewhere). 2. "EQUALITY" ploy PITCHES TO WHITE SEX GUILT .. allows PC 'tweaking' whenever "gay" or "same-sex marriage" are used to provoke RECALL(=>arousal of amygdalan memory content) WITH REACTION-FORMATION (<= forcing consciousness to react to any pre-conscious impulse to demur -- "What did you say? are you flirting with racism, anti-Semitism, mysogeny, now going over to homophobia?")
The religious don't have to stand for that. It reduces them to a level of psychosexual development long grown out of, obliging an "its OK" or "You threatning me?" response. But that is NYMEA's pitch to the unconscious. "A threat unless you agree."
